Two Bedroom Apartments Near Kleopatra Beach with Heated Pool

These apartments in the Saray neighbourhood of Alanya place a planned residential setting 580 metres from Kleopatra Beach. Two blocks on a 2,966 m² plot will contain 90 homes, with a heated outdoor pool and spaces for exercise and relaxation.

The current sales selection includes two-bedroom apartments in Block A. Listed gross areas are 75 m² and 80 m². Their layouts combine a living room and kitchen, a balcony and one bathroom. Gross sales areas and title-deed measurements use different definitions; the individual floor plan should be checked when comparing homes.

Shared facilities include a 230 m² heated outdoor pool, a separate 20 m² children’s pool, jacuzzis, a sauna, a fitness area, indoor and outdoor play areas and a barbecue space. The project also includes outdoor parking, bicycle racks, a gated entrance, 24-hour security and a backup generator.

The specified apartment equipment includes kitchen appliances, air conditioning in each room, fitted kitchen and bathroom cupboards, bathroom underfloor heating, a video intercom and an electric water heater.

Construction is scheduled to start in November 2026, with planned completion in December 2028. The developer offers an instalment plan; terms and unit availability should be confirmed when choosing a home. The gallery contains architectural renders illustrating the planned design.
