Bosphorus View Apartments and Terrace Duplexes in Beykoz

This new residential development in Göksu, Beykoz brings together spacious apartments, terrace duplexes and planned leisure facilities on Istanbul’s Asian side. The project is planned for 107 residences on a 22,000 m² site, with Bosphorus views offered by selected homes and shared spaces.

Apartment layouts and outdoor space

Options include 3+1, 3.5+1, 4+1 duplex, 4.5+1 and 4.5+1 duplex layouts. Selected plans provide separate kitchens, en-suite bathrooms, balconies or terraces. The half-room designation refers to an additional auxiliary room; its use and dimensions should be checked on the individual plan.

Illustrative options include a 3+1 with 250 m² gross and 146.74 m² net, and a 4+1 duplex with 350 m² gross and 169.38 m² net. Gross figures include the outdoor areas specified on each plan; net areas and outdoor areas are recorded separately. Layouts, outlook and bathroom counts vary by residence.

Planned shared facilities

Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness centre, sauna, Turkish hammam, massage room, restaurant, walking paths, parking and valet service are planned for the development.

Location and planned delivery

The Göksu location provides access to the Anadolu Hisarı waterfront and the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge corridor. Delivery is planned for 30 December 2027. The advertised payment plan provides a 25% down payment and instalments for up to 36 months, subject to the selected unit’s terms.
